Acceptance of Terms and Conditions (Required): Chapter 1. General Rules Article 1 Purpose The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe matters related to the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided on the Internet homepage operated by "Joy". Article 2 Validity and modification of Terms and Conditions of Use ① Joy will be announced online on the official website (http://joy.tcubemnet.com/)), and members will agree to these terms and conditions displayed at the time of membership registration and take effect. ② Joy may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations, such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. ③ If Joy amends this terms and conditions (and operating policy), it will be notified for 7 days (30 days if the terms and conditions are revised against the user) along with the current terms and conditions, and will take effect from the date of application. ④ Members have the right to reject the revised terms and conditions, and if they do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, they may discontinue using the service and withdraw. However, if the service continues to be used after the effective date of the revised terms and conditions, it is considered to have agreed to the change of the terms and conditions, and Joy is not responsible for the damage caused by the lack of information on the changed terms and conditions. Article 3 Non-Terms and Conditions Rules ① These terms and conditions apply along with separate policies and operational policies for services provided by Joy, and if not specified, the Terms and Conditions Electrical Business Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Basic Telecommunications Act, Information and Communication Network Promotion and Information Protection Act. ② If paid payments are made using Joy's services, rights and obligations may be guaranteed or restricted according to other Joy policies, such as paid payment terms and conditions and service operation policies, and if the terms and conditions of each content differ, these terms and conditions apply first. Article 4 Terms and Definitions ① The definitions of terms used in this Agreement are as follows. 1. "Homepage service (hereinafter referred to as "service")" means a service for all content provided by Joy based on the Internet. Joy provides web services and other supplementary services, and Joy can add, change, or delete each of these services unless otherwise specified by other laws and regulations. 2. "Homepage user (hereinafter referred to as "user")" means a person who has been granted a user qualification for Joy service by Joy, and who has agreed to these terms and conditions and signed a contract with Joy. 3. "Homepage account" or "Integrated account" (hereinafter referred to as "Account" or "Integrated account") refers to a string that is generated by a combination of English and numbers arbitrarily determined by the user when signing up for the user's identification and use of the service. 4. The term "account information on the website" means general information including the user's account, password, name, phone number, etc. 5. "Password (hereinafter referred to as "Password")" means a combination of letters and numbers designated for the protection of the user's rights and interests when the user uses the account. ② The definition of the terms used in this Agreement shall be in accordance with relevant laws, other general business practices, and terms and conditions and policies for each game service, except as prescribed in paragraph 1. Chapter 2. Conclusion of a Service Use Agreement Article 1 Unit of establishment and conclusion of a contract for use ① The contract of use must be applied to Joy according to the subscription procedure set by Joy (must agree to this agreement and apply for use of the service by account (ID) unit), and will be concluded from the time Joy approves it (account creation completed). ② All information specified in Joy's designated application form is considered to be the applicant's actual information, and even if the contract is signed up according to the applicant's free will, Joy can terminate the contract or restrict the use of the service as soon as she finds it. ③ Users can apply for withdrawal from Joy at any time, and Joy must process the application according to the notice on the website when receiving such an application. However, if the identity verification process is inevitable during the withdrawal process at Joy, Joy may request data from the user to prove that she owns the account. Article 2 Membership registration of minors and conclusion of contracts ① In order for children under the age of 14 to use the service, they must go through a certain legal representative (parent) consent procedure requested by Joy, and in the case of account registration and paid payment under the age of 14, Chapter 4 Personal Information Collection and Use Policy. ② Joy may cancel or refuse approval for users under the age of 14 who have not undergone confirmation procedures for consent from legal representatives such as parents. ③ Legal representatives, such as parents of users under the age of 14, can request access, correction, and renewal of personal information on children or withdraw consent to membership, and Joy must take necessary measures without delay. Article 3 Refusal and Suspension of Approval for Application for Use ① Joy may not approve the application for use in any of the following cases. 1) Where false information is confirmed (all personal information such as phone number, address, resident registration number, etc.) 2) In the case of applying by using or stealing the name of another person. 3) In the case of paying the service fee by using or stealing another person's credit card, wired/wireless phone, bank account, etc. without permission. 4) If a person under the age of 14 joins without the consent of the legal representative (parent), 5) When it is judged that it can hinder the well-being, order, and customs of society. 6) In case of infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights 7) Where it is determined that approval is impossible due to other reasons attributable to the member. 8) Other cases where Joy's application requirements for use are not correct. ② Joy may suspend or restrict approval until the reason for restricting approval for the application for use is resolved if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs. 1) If there is a problem with the service-related facilities, 2) If normal service is not possible while conducting the service at other Joy, 3) In the case of receiving measures (suspension of use, etc.) restricted by Joy more than three times, such as these Terms and Conditions and Operation Policy. 4) When using a service in a country other than Korea, Joy does not provide an official service in the country, so it is deemed necessary for management and operation. Article 4 Termination of Use and Termination of Contracts ① Accounts that do not have access to games or websites for 12 months (1 year) from the date of subscription to the service can be considered as having no intention of using them. ② The contract of use is valid until the user applies for withdrawal or the withdrawal procedure set by Joy is completed through these terms and conditions. Article 5 Privacy Policy ① Joy shall endeavor to protect the user's personal information, including account information, as prescribed by the relevant laws and regulations, and the operation policy separately notified by Joy on related matters, Youth protection policies apply. ② All services attached to the website do not apply the Joy's personal information handling policy and youth protection policy to individual services (e.g., various events) provided directly to their members by a third party (channeling service company). ③ Joy is not responsible for all information, including the account information of the user exposed due to reasons attributable to the user. Article 6 Granting and Changing Member IDs ① Joy grants membership IDs to applicants as prescribed by these terms and conditions, and in principle, one account per person. ② Members can view pages that manage their personal information through My Information in the service or other menus linked to the page, and view and modify their personal information at any time on the page. However, the real name, resident registration number, gender, etc., which are essential for smooth service management, cannot be modified, and the user must respond when Joy requests a user to change his account in case of unavoidable reasons to provide better service. Article 7 Account and password management ① The responsibility for managing user account information lies with the user himself, and Joy is not responsible for account sharing or theft and the resulting disadvantages without reasons attributable to Joy. In particular, Joy is not obligated to comply with the user's request for matters handled under Article 5 (2) of this Agreement due to problems related to accounts between users. ② Even if a third party violates the terms and conditions and operating policies using the account while sharing the account, the use of the service of the user and the account may be restricted according to the terms and conditions and operating policies. ③ The password is written by the user himself and can be changed at any time if the user wants. ④ The user is responsible for any damage to the use of the service caused by the user's careless management of the password or illegal use by a third party, and Joy is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by Joy's negligence. Article 7 Management and Copyright of Posts ① Posting refers to information made up of all writings/comments/image/video/sound/voice file/program, or a combination of them posted by the user through the official website when using the service. ② Joy may delete, move, or refuse registration of posts or materials falling under any of the following subparagraphs without prior notice. 1. Advertising posts (all information not related to magical legends, such as product advertising, promotion to other sites, and indirect advertising) 2. Posts that cause discomfort to others due to abusive language (including obscene materials) 3. Posts written for the purpose of slandering or defaming others (including rumors that cannot be confirmed) 4. Posts containing personal information (personal information, location, contact information, e-mail, etc.) of the person/person 5. Posting on the wall (Repeated posting of the same content) 6. Posts that infringe or defame the copyright or portrait rights of others. 7. Posts containing information on the use, use and distribution of illegal programs, etc. 8. Posts that encourage violence, misconduct, and speculative behavior (information such as abusive language, slander, etc.) 9. Malicious code distribution and system failure-inducing posts 10. Posts that may cause social repercussions due to such posts (information contrary to state maintenance) 11. Posts deemed to be impersonating Joy executives and employees, others, or obstructing the operation under objective judgment. 12. Other posts that do not conform to the nature of the bulletin board or violate relevant laws and regulations. ③ If a post in the service is infringed on legal interests (copyright), the user may request the deletion of the post through the customer center in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. In this case, Joy must be dealt with promptly according to due process. ④ Posts posted by users in the service may be exposed to services and other services operated by Joy, promotions, etc., and may be partially modified, reproduced, edited, and posted to the extent necessary for the exposure. In this case, Joy exposes the post in accordance with the Copyright Act, and members can claim the right to the post through the Customer Center at any time, and Joy must obtain permission to use the work under the Copyright Act if she uses the user's post in a way other than paragraph (1). ⑤ The user shall not arbitrarily process or distribute Joy's work acquired while using the service without Joy's prior written consent, and the user shall bear all civil and criminal responsibilities arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights such as third party copyright. ⑥ Joy applies the items in paragraphs 1 through 5 above while operating the service, and continues after the user withdraws.

Purpose of collecting and using personal information ① Joy is collecting personal information for the following purposes. - Name, account, password: Use for identification procedures according to account registration, double registration confirmation, identification according to service use, age restriction service, operation of customer center, and prevention of illegal use by defective members. - E-mail, mobile number: Communication channels such as delivery of notices, confirmation of personal intentions, handling complaints, and answering customer inquiries. ② Joy can collect the user's IP address and visit date to prevent the recurrence of illegal use of defective users who violate related laws or the terms and conditions of use of Joy's service. ③ If personal information collection, use, and collection items are changed, consent is obtained through the website (Internet site), written, telephone, or e-mail. ④ Users' personal information will not be provided to individuals or companies that have requested advertisements, and information will only be provided in a form that cannot be identified if necessary for other statistical, academic, or market research. 3. Period of retention and use of personal information ① In principle, your personal information will be destroyed when the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information is achieved. However, if it is necessary to hold it for a certain period of time based on the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (held for 90 days after signing up) ② If you request to view the transaction information you have with your consent, Joy will take measures to view and confirm it without delay.
